The Law Enforcement Equipment Program website is not set up to electronically track, collect, or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information is used for internal purposes, but we cannot identify the visitor or the visitor's address.

LEEP helps transfer used police equipment for our Armed Forces to be distributed to overseas security. However we have had so many requests from American law enforcement agencies that need equipment, we have decided to give them a place to post their needs on this site. Agencies with a surplus can send to America agencies or our Armed Forces.
